| I'm an AOL user and did not receive my activation code! |
| AOL seems to block most of the emails that are automated so your activation email would not have come through, however if you have already registered with us simply select the contact us section of the website and tell us your username and the email address you signed up with and one of our staff will activate your membership personally. |
| I did not receive my activation code by email! |
| If you have signed up for our site and have not received your activation code please wait for at least 15 minutes for it to arrive, then please check your spam or bulk folders. If the email is still not there please give use the contact us form on this website to let us know. Please give us your username and email address you signed up with and one of our staff will activate your account personally. |
| I did not receive my activation code and I sent you an email but you havent replied, why? |
If a member of staff has not replied to your email within 24 hours please make sure your email address is correct, as we have had numerous emails asking for the activation code and when we have replied they are bounced back to us saying:
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently
So please make sure you use your correct email address or we can not help you. |
